Waiting for the time of Renewal

Based on Isaiah 40:27-31 “Waiting for the time of Renewal” invites listeners of this podcast to consider some of the lessons to be learned in difficult times, and if there is any lesson to be learnt from COVID-19, it is the lesson of waiting, the act of waiting has increasingly become an herculean task in postmodern society. Most of us lack that grace of waiting, but we can draw from our key text today and learn how God spoke to His people (pre-exile in Babylon) so as to not only comfort them through their trials but to give them hope for the future.
