Waiwera Thermal Springs granted resource consent

from Morning Report

The developers behind the Waiwera Thermal Springs north of Auckland say they aim to honour the special place Waiwera holds in the hearts of many New Zealanders. The $58 million project to redevelop what was once one of the country's largest water parks has now been granted resource consent by Auckland Council and is aiming to open to the public in 2028.
