Jessica was on a successful career path in NYC as a buyer in e-commerce. At first she loved her job, her boss and the company, but eventually she started to realize an underlying discriminatory bias within the company. There was an incident that uncovered the racist beliefs of a key manager which shook Jessica to her core. Speaking up about the incident only made the situation more uncomfortable.
