Scott Garlick is Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa Bay office.In this role, Scott has direct oversight of nearly 200 professionals and all aspects of the firm’s business in the Tampa Bay market, which encompasses the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater MSA and beyond. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2007, Scott spent 12 years playing professional soccer in the United States and abroad.
