In 2015, inspired by the challenging times she’d experienced while working in Higher Education, she created Walk Coach Learn to offer coaching walks that help teams feel connected, support people with work stress and explore how we can work in resilient ways. Anise can often be found wandering in London parks. She uses walking while coaching because it helps us move out of stressful situations, supports our physical and mental health, and improves our thinking and how we communicate.
