Walker's Breakout Freshman Season

Lewis Walker, a redshirt freshman for North Carolina A&T, has had an exceptional season, earning third-team All-CAA and all-rookie team honors. He averaged 19 points and 5 rebounds per game, with impressive shooting splits of 51.7% from the field, 36.7% from three, and 85.7% from the line. Walker ranks high in the conference for field goal percentage, free throw attempts, free throw percentage, and free throws made. He broke the Aggies single-season freshman scoring record with 531 points. Coach Monté Ross praises Walkers work ethic and trust in his late-game shots.
