She’s suing for the balance on the car and car repairs. The defendant is countersuing because she believes her grandmother is withholding her property. Plus, The plaintiff dated the defendant for several years, but she claims she got him arrested twice. The plaintiff is suing for overpayment on a loan and punitive damages. The defendant argues the plaintiff was abusive to her. She’s countersuing for the balance on a loan and emotional distress.
