Walking in a Manner Worthy of the Gospel

This morning we will finish our lesson titled, "Walk in a Manner Worthy of His Calling." As Christians we are the body of Christ, the family of God, His eternal, unshakeable Kingdom! We, of all people, should be trustworthy and trusted God, the brethren and His people, the church. We are called to live a life worthy of His calling and character. This morning we we continue our final series on trust as we turn our attention to Ephesians 4:1-6 and 2 Thessalonians 2:13-14 to introduce this new series of lessons. During the next five months we will look closely how are to build a life that is both trustworthy and trusted. Today, we will introduce the Scriptural pattern of what it means to live a life worthy of His calling. We will discover what it means to "walk" as a Christian "in a worthy manner." We will also look at what it means to be "called by God." As we do this we will be introduced to how we can build a trustworthy life as a Christian for the express purpose of drawing the brethren together in love as the LORD's family.
