Walking in the Light (1 John 1:5-10)
from Westminster Presbyterian Church Sumter SC · host Stuart Mizelle
Join Pastor Stuart for the fourth lesson in our series, Walk This Way, about following Jesus. This week, we turn to 1 John 1:5-10 to learn about . . . "Walking in the Light". In this lesson, we learn: God calls us to walk in the light. Walking in the light entails at least 3 things: Responding positively to Jesus. Admitting and confessing sin. A desire to be transformed by God’s goodness. As we walk in the light we will not only have fellowship with God, we will also have fellowship with others in the family of God. So by the power of the Spirit, let’s walk in God’s light knowing that every sin exposed by his light is forgiven in Christ.
