Have you been to a job interview lately? Do you know what they almost always ask you?? What is your greatest weakness? We all know it's coming but still don't prepare for it. Then it comes out of their mouth, and we say dumb things. We have all been there. Here are some that you shouldn't pull out of your pocket…… "Those eyes of yours."," I don't work well with people", "My biggest weakness is that I have too many strengths."," I don't like being told what to do", "I am always late", "People say I can be condescending. That's when you talk down to people." Why do we struggle so much with owning up to our weaknesses?? I think it's because, in our culture, weakness is bad and should be eliminated or hidden.
