Walmart Parking Spot Turned Deadly | Jacksonville News

A Florida Walmart parking lot erupted into chaos when a woman fatally shot a man during a heated dispute over a spot — all caught on video. The man, who allegedly threatened her car and returned after driving away, aggressively approached her despite her warnings. She pulled out her firearm and fired in self-defense as he closed in. Prosecutors ultimately dropped charges, citing Florida’s “stand your ground” law and matching video evidence with her account — she didn’t have to retreat, and her fear was deemed reasonable.
