He founded Day Job Productions, a volunteer filmaking group that currently has about 100 members. He also founded the Entertainment Arts Consortium, a teaching studio, in Orange County. Mr. Kirsch has been a VP of Sales and Marketing, VP Engineering, Chief Financial Officer and President generally in the computer graphics/printer controller industry. He is a member of several boards including Media Commincation Association International, Orange County Multi-Media Association, Media Alliance of Orange County, Orange County Screenwriters Association.
