Walter Gainer II has a diverse background in Digital Marketing, IT and Project Management.  In 2018, Walter founded Boss Locks Media where, among other endeavors, he produces and hosts The Boss Locks Podcast, BossLocksJournal, Buy Black Friday; where he encourages people to buy from black owned businesses and entrepreneurs and weekly Clubhouse forums on Working While Black.   Boss Locks Media aims to educate, empower and create opportunities for black people to access resources and grow in their journey.  their mission is to raise the bar for racial equity and the way people are respected in professional environments.   I'm delighted to have Walter Gainer II join me on this episode of 19Stories: from Fear to Hope   Email: [email protected] My show Boss Locks is on a mission to redefine professionalism.
