He attributes his team's success to their focus on hiring talent with a track record of success and their charitable contribution to their community. Walt created The Gibler Team Foundation, a nonprofit where EVERY team member chooses to donate a % of their commission to kids with health issues, disabilities, or hardships in the form of scholarships.
