In these roles, she oversaw people, performance, culture, and outcomes in high-stakes environments. In 2011, Dr. Bonnie formally entered executive coaching through her work with the Studer Group. Partnering with C-suite executives, directors, and managers nationwide, she helped healthcare organizations strengthen patient experience, employee engagement, and physician alignment. From 2011 through early 2020, she served as Executive Director for Emergency Services across nine emergency departments within a large West Coast health system, leading measurable improvements in quality, culture, and performance.After relocating to Texas, Dr. Bonnie founded Xceeding the MarkTM Executive Coaching and Consulting, combining her operational leadership experience with her passion for developing confident, capable leaders. Today, she works with leaders who carry responsibility without always having clarity or support, helping them lead with purpose, accountability, and excellence.
