Good morning everyone. Before I start recording today's episode, I would like to quote what my listeners had to say about yesterday's episode. I will talk to you later, Lita. I'm mesmerized to deal with your delivery of podcast.

Very nice on T. These are the two listeners who have submitted the comments in my WhatsApp chat. Thank you so much for taking time to listen and sending your comments. It means a lot to me.

If you found value, please let me know what topic interests you and how I can help you. Yesterday, when I went to bed, I wrote in my notebook, please do one episode tomorrow. You know, remember I have discussed this in my previous episodes. I always write up to myself.

I had no idea of the topic but just the pure intention. Today, while I'm listening to Venkateshvara supervada and meditating upon my current dominant thought, how I'm feeling and being present to my body sensations, I was prompted to think about the topic for today's episode. There you go. I implemented a couple of strategies from the training I had yesterday on my virtual coaching and an online course on Brilliant Passionate You from University of Michigan.

As I'm thinking through the lessons, I'm having the deepest desire to distill what I learned into under 15 minutes episode and share with you. I had to write and answer four questions and I invite you to try, especially if you're stuck with something. This is the exercise I learned in my training and the online course yesterday. Number one, what do you want to achieve?

What would happen when you achieve it? What do you want to avoid? What would happen when you avoid? What is the one action step you can take right now?

So I will give you my example how I used it today for this episode to make it easier so that you can understand. What do you want to achieve? So I wrote, I want to record one episode, one episode by 830 AM EST. What would happen when you achieve it?

So my answer is, I will feel fulfilled that what I intended in writing is manifested. I would have inspired my listeners committing to myself and completing it is like nurturing my soul. In other words, what I'm thinking, how I'm feeling and what I'm doing are in synchronicity. My energy level is the highest when I do that.

What do you want to avoid? So I wrote overthinking, doubt whether I can record the episode without preparation. So what would happen when you avoid it? So I wrote here, I would have created mental space to think clearly towards my goal of recording today's episode.

Next question, what is the one action step you can take right now? My God, that's scary, right? So the answer was, the answer that came up for me is just start writing. Just start writing.

So what did I do? I just wrote, I took a note back and I said I wrote good morning and there you go. I'm already talking to you. I realized that I have already created the content for a problem that most of us can relate to and struggle, which is how to use a certain style of asking and answering to yourself powerful questions when you get stuck.

Now my intention for you is to try this strategy when you're stuck and share your insights. Secondly, I want to take you with my morning affirmation on the topic expanding horizons from the book, Meditations to Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. There you go, I'm going to just read it a lot for you, just like I do in front of the mirror. I would like you to try this, reading it aloud in front of the mirror.

Okay, let's do it. By expanding my horizons, I easily dissolve the limitations. Life is free and easy. How far are we willing to go with expanding the horizons of our thinking?

You see, life really is free and easy. It is our thinking that is difficult, limited, shame-based and not good enough. If we open ourselves to unlearning some of our limited thinking patterns and learning something new, then we can grow and change. Or do we already know it all?

The trouble with knowing it all is you don't get to grow and nothing new comes in. Do you really accept that there is a power and an intelligence greater than you? Or do you think you are the whole thing? See, if you think that you are whole, it, then of course you are frightened.

If you realize there is a power and an intelligence in the universe far greater and brighter than you, which is on your side, then you can move into that mental space where life can operate freely and easily. So this is my punent intention to share this with you, read it aloud a couple of times. I invite you to listen to that information a couple of times and check with yourself how you feel. How does it show up in your body sensations?

Do you feel more? Are you breathing deeply? Are you feeling connected to your core? Are you standing straight?

How does it show up in your body? And then what limited thinking patterns are coming up for you as you read the Zaffirmation or as you listen to the Daffirmation on Expanding Horizons. With that said, I want to leave wishing you a great week ahead. Have a fantastic Monday.
