Want to Fast Track Your Growth? - Get Uncomfortable
from The Inner Know · host Janelle Bridge
The number one way to grow fast, is to get uncomfortable as often as possible. Everyone has heard the clique saying "Nothing grows in your comfort zone" and whilst it's corny, its so incredibly true. When we do things that stretch us, we have no choice but to grow. Every time we step into something that feels really uncomfortable and conquer it - we gain trust in ourselves. Even if it all goes to sh.t, we handle it, and we get through - again creating trust in ourselves. We remember that time that we fell down, and got up. We remember that time, when we were scared and did it anyway. We trust ourselves. True growth is on the other side of uncomfortability. In this ep I talk about my experiences, and how they led me to rapid growth. I'd love to know, what are you scared of? Can you commit to doing it this week?Send us Fan MailSupport the showGrab a copy of Janelle's Book here: https://square.link/u/LEKtNUYewww.janellebridge.comReach out on InstaInsta >https://www.instagram.com/thisisjanellebridgeemail Janelle: [email protected] by Janelle Bridge — an Australian Psychic Medium, Intuitive Healer, and Soul Alignment Coach.
