Moses’ Prayer for Our Glory a. God offers the people all the identity markers of glory minus Himself b. Big Idea: Unless our identity is in God, all other glory will fade II. Moses’s Prayer for God’s Glory a. Moses wants to experience God’s Glory b. God’s Glory is to find God beautiful, not just useful c. But our nature and God’s nature makes it impossible for us to experience His Glory III. God’s Answer to All the Prayers a. God’s glory is His goodness b. God’s complete goodness is both Love and Justice c. Jesus Christ on the Cross is how God’s goodness is completely played out d. In Christ we can have God! We can behold His beauty without being consumed
