We reported that the only winners were Goldman Sachs and Cisco which invested in a Chinese lighting firm, NVC Lighting, via a Cayman Islands financial outfit. We told you that light bulbs were less than 10 percent of your monthly electric bill and that helping out the conglomerates was inadvertently creating an environmental disaster.
