War Dads-Episode 61

Hey Everybody! This time around I talked to published author and Army veteran Joe Soel about his book "The Broken Mirror of Memory". Joe's words were so powerful that I was moved to put it out early. You'll be hard-pressed to hear Joe talk about his time in the sandbox and not want to go buy his book. Joel was candid and honest about his struggles with mental health and he gave experienced advice to those going through the same things. Get your tissues handy for this one because it tugs at the heart strings. If you liked what you heard find Joel on X at JoeSoel2. If you're going through the the darkness that Joe describes and won't seek professional help, feel free to reach out to him or myself. There's always room in our club for another person struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts. You walk alone but we're with you in spirit.
