That, as a former state attorney says Florida Governor DeSantis “abused his power” when suspending him for "neglect of duty" after he signed a pledge not to prosecute cases involving abortion or transgender health care. A federal judge orders Trump and his lawyer to pay nearly $1 million in sanctions for a “Frivolous” lawsuit.
