The Orlando Magic were (expectedly) quiet at the start of free agency as teams began signing and acquiring new players. The Magic are stretched to the limits under the NBA's salary cap rules. But their inaction is still presenting worries. For a team this expensive, they should be competing for a championship. And the Magic still have a long way before they can do that.
