Warren Martin, Kansas Strong-- Kansas Oil & Gas Resource

from ICTPODCAST

"The greateset harm to the environment is people living in poverty."   -Warren Martin, Executive Director Kansas Strong   Nearly 60% of the energy people in the United States consume and depend on comes from oil & natural gas. Energy needs are increasing.  Reliable energy is a basic need for human flourishing. The industry has been under irresponsible persecution over the last 4 years.  It impacted us all every time we went to the supermarket. "The grocery bag is what decided this election," states Warren Martin, "there is energy cost in every gallon of milk." Artificial mandates for unreliable energy sources are hard on consumers.  It is those living at other beloe the poverty line who are effected more than anyone else.  We must embrace the full strength of our energy capacity.  The United States is stronger with robust oil & gas production.  This is what makes Kansas Strong.
