Was the Resurrection Necessary?
from Truth in Charity Hosted by Catholic Issues
As we continue celebrating Easter, Bishop takes a closer look at John’s account of the Resurrection....specifically, the passage always read during the Easter Sunday Morning Mass. He breaks down the meaning behind events recounted in the passage like Mary Magdalen arriving at the tomb while it was still dark outside, Peter going into the tomb first, and why seeing the burial cloths were still there was important. All this, Bishop says, brings us to the final stage of human evolution...the new Adam. Hear more in this episode.
