Paul associates the veil that is upon the face of Moses to a veil that is over the heart. Paul is explaining the heart attitude and the mind and our actions and how we live our lives unto Yeshua and how we minister to others in this midrash, comparing it to a stony heart versus the spirit of the Torah.
