Was Tulsi Gabbard chosen by an elite newly formed Political Party working in secrecy to rival the majority?

Rumors and conjecture persist about Tulsi Gabbards true reasons for leaving the Democrat Party. One of those rumours is that Tulsi Gabbard was hand picked by an elite super group that has formed a political party in secrecy that when made public will rival the 2 party majority and create a true triad as the majority thus offering millions a voice that is not yet speaking  for them.
