Die chinesische Kampfkunst lässt sich leider nicht einfach beschreiben. Nachdem man mit Begriffen wie Wushu, Kungfu und Taichi in Kontakt gekommen ist, wird es danach schnell unübersichtlich und es kommen noch eine Reihe neuer Begriffe dazu.  In dieser Folge sprechen wir darüber, wie unterschiedlich die chinesische Kampfkunst kategorisiert werden kann und welche Begriffe hier ins Spiel kommen. Dabei sprechen wir über die wichtigen Parallelen zwischen vermeintlich unterschiedlichen Systemen.  Gaa Jau! ist der Kampfkunst-Podcast der Wushu Taichi Akademie aus Konstanz. Wir sprechen über die Kultur, Geschichte, Sprache, Tradition und Hintergründe der chinesischen Kampfkunst und geben einen neuen Blickwinkel darauf.  Die Kampfkunsttradition der Wushu Taichi Akademie reicht fünf Generationen zurück und sieht ihre Wurzeln in Guangzhou, Südchina.
