Hey, everybody. It's Bob McCranie with Texas Pride Realty, and yesterday we talked about refrigerators. But, today's Realty Idea of the Day is washers and dryers. So, a lot of them are really expensive, but the most efficient ones are worth it. We need to talk about what's the difference between a top load and a front load. What are the struggles with each? Ask people. Have a poll. Hey, do you like your front-loading system, or do you like your top loading system? Do you have stackables? Is that something that's trending in your area? This would be something that would be great as a question to your sphere, to ask which one do you like? What do you prefer? What brands do you like? Also, again, if you're at the appliance store like we talked about yesterday with refrigerators, go down there and look at the different models. A lot of them have gotten really high tech. The water levels are different, they save water now. Obviously, you have the pods. Instead of just dumping in the Tide
