Except the only person who has been allowed to read Special Council Robert Mueller's final report is the US Attorney General, Bill Barr. He sped-read it in two days, and wrote a 4 page summary that basically says there was no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. And though Julie & Brandy are confused and horrified (like everyone else), all they can do is have a drink and hope for the best.
