Everything you and I have comes from God. This is hard to remember at times because a lot of our life is spent working and therefore, we think that we have earned what we have. However, God gives us the very breath and strength to work. So what are you doing with what God has given you? This question is always relevant, but it feels like it has a sense of urgency with our high inflation, high interest rates, unaffordable housing and economic uncertainty. And then there is the ever-present threat of wealthy oppressors as we will learn about in Micah 2:1-5.
