I arrived a bit later due to my wife’s car issue, reaching the location by 8:30 AM. Prior to that, I had a discussion with a fellow syndicate member about recent sightings in the past 24 hours. It appears that the area around the point swim seems promising for my goals, but choosing the specific spot remains essential. My aim for this winter is to target both a mirror and a common, both ideally surpassing the 40lb mark. The mirror frequents this swim often, and there was a potential sighting last night according to Andy, making it a good starting point for me.
