Simple Syrup - Mint Leaves In a shaker muddle the mint with the lime juice and simple syrup. MUDDLE! Don't fucking destroy it like your smooshing a cup full of bugs. I know, great mental picture, huh? Add the gin and ice and shake it. Strain into a coupe glass, garnish with a sprig of mint, and enjoy. It's pretty fucking good, but a bit tart.
