In this episode with Sandy & Tom, they discuss how they watch the Premier matches to get the most out of it as a player (as well as a spectator)!We highly recommend players watch the professionals play and it is so easy now (and free) with Redbull TV app. If you watch the pros carefully you can see the patterns of play they use and how well they move off the ball. It looks like they are lightning around the court, but much of that is anticipation and reading what it happening in the point.
