Watching Robocop with Kit Power Episode 7
In episode 7 of Watching Robocop, I'm delighted to be joined by Lee Russell, of They Must Be Destroyed On Sight! podcasting fame (co-host Daniel Harper was our guest on Episode 2, and our first bonus episode on T2). Lee is a whip smart, fun, and engaged movie critic, and brings all that expertise to bare in a brilliant conversation. In particular, listen out for: An exciting new theory about Boddiker's gang The Clint Eastwood connection What ED-209 was modelled on Futuristic coffee cups What's wrong with modern action scenes Dan Aykroyd for mayor! Stephen King digression The ghost in the machine And much, much more. Enjoy - this one's a corker! Why Robocop is the greatest movie ever made. Lee's podcast can be found here. And go check it out, because it's brilliant. Theme tune provided by The Disciples of Gonzo, from their track Superhero. Listen to more from them here: If you enjoyed this podcast and would like to contribute financially to the monthly production costs, in exchange for early access to both this show and my written work, please see my Patreon here:
