Water and Energy Regulatory Update

On Episode 25 of the TID Water & Power Podcast we sit down with TID Regulatory Analysts, Herb Smart and Austin Avery, to discuss the regulatory process. We know how bills become laws, but what happens next? The law then goes through a regulatory process that determines HOW it will be implemented.
