Water Crisis: What Happened in Flint Michigan?

MICHAEL MOORER said the FLINT MICHIGAN water crisis is akin to RACIAL GENOCIDE and called for the arrest of Gov Rick Snyder. MOORER said this crisis was allowed to happened to Flint Michigan because it is a majority Black city, with 41% of its 100K residents currently living below the poverty line.  PRESIDENT OBAMA recently declared a Federal State of Emergency, although it's a little too late for the children who have already suffered permanent brain damage from lead poisoning.  However, the real question is, was the lack of action racially motivated?  MD asking the question America's afraid to ask.  ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU THINK
