Dr. Britt Raybould is an Idaho State Representative and just finished her PHD on water management in the west, its successes, and its failings. As a high desert state, Idaho needs all of the information possible to appropriately manage this scarce resource. The school systems in the area are also quite diverse. Boise school district and West Ada School District, though right next to each other, are quite different.
