Water inside of us is different. It exists in a 4th phase (not solid, liquid or gas) called EZ water. This water is like jello in texture and organized into a crystal shape. This gives the water some AMAZING properties we can tap into for health and healing. This episode discusses this 4th phase of water, its interaction with our connective tissue fascia network and things to do to support this interaction for healing, reduced inflammation/pain and optimum health.
