Water Glass Theory

The Clear Glass theory. Say we have a glass of water with sediment at the bottom. We stir it really hard, and now you can't see through the clear water because the sediment is everywhere. As you let the glass sit  for a while the sediment goes back to the bottom. Life can be like that. As long as no one is bothering you, you are fine. You get a charge from someone and you are like that glass, all cloudy with emotions.  Getting that sediment out of the bottom is not easy.
