Norm Semanko is the former president of the Idaho Water Users Association and currently travels the country working on water issues. He has an incredible background regarding the relationship between Idaho, native tribes, and the federal government, and he came in to explain some of the more complex, lengthy agreements and issues currently affecting our agriculture producers and water users.
