WaterBody Integration | Sensitivity vs Reactivity + Emotional Flow vs Flooding

Sensitivity becomes intelligence when supported. This WaterBody integration explores the relationship between sensitivity and reactivity, emotional flow and emotional flooding, through embodied awareness rather than emotional management.Sensitivity is not fragility.Reactivity is not failure. They are signals of how supported the emotional system feels. When WaterBody is held with presence, sensitivity becomes discernment and emotion moves in waves rather than overwhelming the body. This episode offers somatic understanding that restores trust in feeling as movement rather than threat.Elemental Intelligence, EmbodiedMore on The Elemental Soma, The Five Elemental Bodies, and The Soma Fields: https://www.terrablack.com/the-elemental-somaThe Practice Pathways (The Akasha Key, Primordial Alchemy, Reiki, The Origin Rituals, + ): https://www.terrablack.com/traininngs-and-courses◈ DISCLAIMER: Please use discernment and take full responsibility for how you use the information provided here.
