Waterfront improvements will be at top of the agenda for Buffalo's Common Council after recess

Boaters and residents alike are asking for improvements at Buffalo's Erie Basin Marina. The issue will be at the top of the to-do list for Buffalo's Common Council when lawmakers return from a month-long recess next week.
