Opening it's doors October 17th, 1926, Waverly Hills was one of the largest and state-of-the-art TB sanatoriums in the world. Today, the Waverly Hills Historical Society operates tours, a annual haunted house, and a holiday laser show to raise funds for the restoration of the building.
