Becca shares a recent experience taking time off work to visit family, a dreaded reunion with slurs thrown at her- that she got tattooed on her body like a badass.  Ashley tells us how her job was impacted when she once had to unexpectedly take an 8-month sick leave and was laid off from a restaurant job for "not partying enough".
