Being a “waymaker” for God comes with its own set of challenges, but sometimes we make it harder for ourselves by allowing sin to become part of our lives. If we want to be effective in doing God’s work, we need to “get rid of the sin which easily entangles us” as the writer of Hebrews puts it.
