Be realistic with it. Because if you are realistic you are more likely to stick to it. And if you show up for yourself in ALL the ways daily, that can add up to a lifetime of reaching your full potential. Have patience my friend everything is coming your way in time. The coolest part is it will add up in bigger and better ways than you ever expected! Grab a pen and write it out, or sketch it out OR write it out! Sit with yourself.
