The multifamily real estate market is witnessing an uptick in housing prices in certain locations, the demand is getting stronger and the supply is quite limited. This includes the South and the South-East parts of the US that are going to witness growth, due to business-friendly environment and the jobs being created in the region. The heavy reliance on migration and immigration in the past decades is going to be affected somehow in the coming years. In a knowledge economy, people can work from anywhere and this may encourage people to move towards more cost-efficient locations.
