Discuss Open Meeting Law Complaint alleging violation of proper posting of notice as required of Warrant Committee meetings on October 11, 2023 and October 18, 2023 with regard to the proposed Warrant Articles:1) to establish a Local Historic District Commission and a Local Historic District (Milton Village); and 2) to transfer parcels of land to the Conservation Commission (in the vicinity of Courtland Circle, Thistle Avenue, Whitman Road, and Riverside Avenue) 3.) Discuss and vote upon proposed Warrant Article to establish a Local Historic District Commission and a Historic District (Milton Village) 4.) Discuss and vote upon proposed Warrant Article with regard to the Recording of Elected Bodies 5.) Discuss proposed Warrant Article with regard to MBTA Zoning Bylaw 6.) Adjourn
