WCC | B.LE.S.S.: Begin with Prayer | April 27th, 2025

Today we begin our new series, B.L.E.S.S., with the first and most essential step: Begin with Prayer. If we are going to live lives that bless others and reflect the heart of Jesus, it has to start with a constant connection to God. Prayer isn't just a box we check or a last resort — it’s the foundation of every movement of faith and love. Jesus Himself modeled a life rooted in prayer, seeking His Father before every major step. In prayer, we align our hearts with God's, open our eyes to the needs around us, and gain the strength to act with boldness and compassion. Beginning with prayer reminds us that we are not working for God on our own strength — we are working with Him, staying in step with His Spirit every day.
