Siobhan Brookes and her brother Thomas Folan joined forces and started a mortgage brokerage together with a conscious vision for the future of financial services and the digital age.  Having been employed previously in a different mortgage practice, they decided than when going solo and starting their own business they wanted to be more visible and accessible to the online customer. The next generation of first time buyers today want to see and hear you online. This was hugely outside of Siobhan's comfort zone as doing videos didn't come naturally to her.  However, she took lessons and words of wisdom from her parenting style and realised that whilst she was championing her children and encouraging them to be brave, she realised she wasn't taking her own advice. Once she started to listen to herself, her business changed very rapidly and now is a big champion of social media and content marketing.  Siobhan hopes to inspire other women to use their voices and to get themselves out there no matter how daunting it may feel.
